Pain keeping you from the things that matter?
From a niggling injury to chronic pain you've lived with for years, we'll assess what's driving it and build a clear plan to fix it properly.
What we do
Manual Therapy
Manual therapy at Paramount Movement includes remedial massage, dry needling, myofascial cupping, and joint mobilisation. Treatment is selected based on clinical assessment findings and matched to the specific presentation. The goal is to reduce pain and restore movement, not just provide temporary relief.
Clinical Assessment
Every initial consultation includes a full clinical assessment — movement screening, orthopedic testing and a detailed patient history. Assessment findings inform diagnosis and guide the treatment plan. You’ll leave the first session with a clear understanding of what is causing your pain and what the plan is to address it.
Strength and Rehabilitation
Rehab at Paramount Movement is grounded in strength and conditioning principles. Rather than generic protocols, patients receive structured progressive exercise programming tailored to their injury, capacity, and goals. This is delivered in-clinic using the onsite gym facility, which includes a squat rack, free weights, and rehabilitation equipment.
Personal Training
Personal training sessions are available for patients transitioning out of their injury rehab or for those wanting to build strength under clinical supervision. Sessions run 45 minutes and are structured around individual goals and physical capacity.
Online and Telehealth
Telehealth consultations are available for assessment, programming, and exercise review. Telehealth appointments are available at a reduced rate across all consultation lengths. These are great for touching base without the hands on.
Online coaching is available for those maintaining a training program between clinic visits. Coaching includes a specific exercise program, check-ins and form/video reviews.

About The Practitioner
About Carson
I started practicing as a Myotherapist in 2013, led into healthcare through the injuries I picked up playing footy as a kid. I had some great therapists along the way, and some pretty uninspiring ones — the difference was always the ones who listened, had clear intent, and actually explained what was going on.
Those are the values Paramount is built around. Clear communication, effective treatment, and making sure you leave every session understanding your injury and what comes next.

Myotherapists, while using some massage/manual therapy techniques, are aiming to approach your pain in a more clinical fashion. Myo’s have generally spent more time studying into Adv Dip or B.H.Sc. qualifications.
